COVID-19 Updates
Restore Dental Arts is happy to announce we are seeing patients for ALL dental procedures. Our team’s primary focus has always been improving your health and well-being. With that focus in mind, and in accordance with CDC and ADA guidelines, we have implemented some new procedures to safeguard your health.
Prior to your appointment our front desk team will confirm your appointment and ask you a few screening questions regarding your health and exposure to COVID 19. You will be asked to WEAR A MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Unfortunately, we must ask you not bring any family members or companions to your appointment unless you require their assistance. Upon arrival your temperature will be taken, followed by a review of the COVID 19 screening questions. You can take comfort in knowing that all staff will follow the same screening protocols each morning.
If you prefer to wait in your car after check-in, we will be happy to text you when we are ready to begin treatment. Seating in our reception area has been arranged in accordance with social distancing recommendations.
We will ask you to use hand sanitizer prior to escorting you to the treatment room. All patients will be using an antimicrobial pretreatment rinse.
Our infection control procedures have always been founded on good evidence-based science and the recommendations of the CDC and the ADA. Restore Dental Arts has added additional layers of protection from coronavirus starting at the source. We have implemented practices to significantly reduce aerosols produced during treatment. Air filtration systems have been added to clean the air in the building and in our treatment rooms. You can be confident that we have reviewed each hard surface disinfection protocol with regards to all new information regarding coronavirus. We have also increased the level of PPE to protect ourselves AND our patients.
We encourage you to call our front desk team or any of our trusted team members to discuss any questions and concerns you may have regarding dental treatment. We are always here for you.
