Dr. David Weber
Dr. David Weber’s journey in dentistry is driven by an endless curiosity and dedication to learning. After completing his undergraduate degree in pre-med at Taylor University and earning his DDS from Indiana University School of Dentistry, he pursued additional training through a General Practice Residency Program at Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, North Carolina. His commitment to excellence led him to achieve Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2018—an accomplishment that reflects his passion for staying at the forefront of dental advances.
As a third-generation dentist, Dr. Weber finds joy in sharing knowledge with both his patients and team members, believing that educated patients make better decisions about their oral health. He has dedicated over 500 hours to continuing education, not just to enhance his own skills, but to bring innovative techniques and deeper understanding to his family practice. His enthusiasm for teaching extends beyond the chair, as he regularly mentors team members and takes time to explain procedures and options to patients in detail.
Dr. Weber actively participates in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Indiana Dental Association, and The Northwest Indiana Dental Society. These connections allow him to both learn from and contribute to the broader dental community. He’s honored to carry forward his family’s tradition of exceptional care while continually evolving the practice through education and innovation.
Outside the office, Dr. Weber recharges by spending quality time with his wife and children, enjoying rounds of golf, and relaxing on the water while boating.

Dr. Michael Kirk
Dr. Michael Kirk brings a unique blend of military precision and educational passion to modern dentistry. His journey began at Indiana University Bloomington for his undergraduate studies, followed by earning his DDS from New York University. His commitment to service and learning led him to commission as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune. His time serving at naval bases in Newport RI, Groton CT, and with the Marines at Camp Lejeune shaped his collaborative approach to dental care and team development.
Following his naval service and time in private practice in Hendersonville, North Carolina, Dr. Kirk returned to his Indiana roots with a mission to create an environment where both patients and dental professionals thrive through continuous learning. His expertise spans comprehensive general dentistry, including advanced procedures in implants, CEREC technology, esthetic dentistry, and wisdom tooth extraction.
He believes in creating a practice environment where questions are encouraged and learning is celebrated. His leadership style emphasizes mentoring his team while fostering open dialogue about treatment planning among all team members.
Away from the practice, Dr. Kirk embraces adventure and family time with his wife Jenna, children Teagan and Connor, and their four-legged companion, Ana. You might find them exploring hiking trails, planning their next travel destination, or cheering on their beloved Indiana Hoosiers.
